Application

If you or someone you know is wrestling through the decision with what to do this summer, this can be a helpful decision making tool.

You can apply for Summer Training Project 2012 online. Applications are due March 25, 2012. Applying for the project does not commit you to going. There is an application fee of $20 if you apply after February 15, 2012. You have 15 minutes to complete this application (once you create your account/log in). If you do not click the “continue” button in that time frame, then you will be logged out and will have to fill out the application again. We strongly suggest you download the application questions, answer all the questions in a Microsoft Word document, then copy and paste your answers in the form. This will reduce the risk of being logged out from the application process.

After you apply, you will receive an email from office@cominneapolis.org. If you do not receive an email saying that we received your application, then you need to email office@cominneapolis.org and give them your name and email address because you may have typed your email incorrectly. This is extremely important because email will be our primary means of communication with you leading up the STP.

The date by which you will need to confirm your participation in STP is April 11, 2012. If you are accepted, you will receive an email the week of March 26 with instructions for confirmation. There will be a $150 down payment due upon confirmation that will go towards the cost of your project.

Application Instructions:
Step 1: Click the button to begin, then click “create account” (If you have forgotten your password from an earlier registration click on “account help”).

Step 2: Enter your Name and Email. Make sure you spell your email address correctly, you will receive an email from Bethlehem Baptist Church when you click create account.

Step 3: You will receive an email that looks like this. Click the link in the email.

Step 4: Fill out the remaining portion of your personal information.

Step 5: Click “select” next to your name.

Step 6: Fill out the application (no more than 15 minutes on this page), and click “continue”

Step 7: Enter payment information (we strongly suggest using e-check) and click “submit form.” (This step will only be there if you apply after February 25, 2012).
